Your LMP January 2023 Movement Plan
Welcome to your January guide to follow this month, let's avoid the hardcore fitness regimes and detoxes and ease ourselves into a feel good and consistent movement practice for 2023.
I am so excited to support you in a strong and calming movement plan to start the your year. I suggest routines for you to take each week of the month, you can choose a class that suits you for that day but I recommend 4-5 classes a week with a nice mix of strengthening, resistance and calming routines.
