Foundation Classes
Foundation classes focus on learning the Pilates principles. Core stability, breathing, mobility, alignment, precision of movement and flexibility to help enhance a deeper practice, support a healthy back and body and gain a deeper understanding of Pilates. This class is a balancing beginners level class but you will be challenged and worked from top to toe no matter what your level.
Signature Classes
Our Signature class is a balancing flowing Pilates workout; with a range of classical and creative Pilates exercises and sequences, a strong focus on the abs and glutes and a perfect combination of strengthening and stretching with just the right amount of challenge to feel worked, connected and in a positive mindset.
