What is included in a membership?

As a member you'll get access to the library of full-length on demand Pilates classes for all levels, including Foundation, Signature and Dynamic classes as well as small equipment classes and tutorials + a new routine added every single week.

The virtual studio will continue to grow every month so you will always be getting more exciting ways to continue your Pilates journey and find peace in body and mind.

Everything in the virtual studio is exclusive to members only.

How much does it cost?

The monthly membership is £19.99. Your subscription will automatically renew every month. You can cancel your membership at any time. You can pay via card or PayPal.

How do I cancel?
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click Forgot Password, enter the email associated with your account, and click Send Instructions. The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly. In the instruction email, click Reset Password and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page.

How do I update my billing information?

Once signed into your account, you can update your billing information by clicking My Account or Dashboard from the top navigation menu. Select Billing and update your billing information.

How do I improve the quality of the video I'm viewing?

If you're viewing videos that have playback or quality issues, you might need to readjust and set the video quality for a smoother experience.


To set the video quality:


Navigate to the video player and click on the gear icon

Then click on Quality

Set the quality to Auto or select a specific quality setting

The selected quality will apply to all videos viewed until the browser cache is cleared.

Can I watch videos using Chromecast and AirPlay?

Yes! Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with our site.

To use AirPlay: Open the video on your apple device and click the AirPlay icon in the bottom left corner.

To use Chromecast: Locate the Chromecast icon in the bottom right corner of the video you want to cast.  Click the icon and select the correct Chromecast from the pop-up in your browser.

You connect without using an app by connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.

I am new to Pilates. Where should I begin?

Our Foundations classes are a great place to start. We also recommend familiarising yourself with the Tutorials classes. We are working on a Starter series coming to the studio very soon too.  

Are live classes offered in the membership?

No, the live classes will continue to run in addition to the membership platform. Due to the style in which Lottie teaches her live classes, she wants to retain the intimacy of them. Of course you can continue your live classes and be a member too! The luxury of the virtual studio is that you can dip in and out of your favourite classes anytime you like.

Are classes suitable for Pregnancy and postnatal women? 

The classes are not suitable for pre/post natal women. We will be introducing pre/post natal classes to our live class offering soon.
