Core strength and improve posture
Enhance deep abdominal and spinal support with intentional movement and strong focus on alignment. Move through your daily activities safer and lighter and avoid injuries due to improving your balance, co-ordination and working on functional movements.

Light hand weights can help improve bone density, joint stability and muscle development. Research is showing that grip strength directly links to overall health. Holding the hand weights in our sessions will strengthen your grip.

Short, effective sessions make it easy to build consistency and stick to the habit by fitting the sessions into your busy schedule.
