Today we work some of Joseph Pilates classical mat exercises but in standing. There's lots of lovely (or perhaps challenging) standing on one leg. We will work from Pilates stance a lot which feels amazing for the legs, from the hundred, single leg stretch, saw, side leg lifts, you'll see how we can challenge these well known exercises in a new way. Make sure you maintain a steady breath throughout as the heart rate can rise a little here. We will also finish with a wall press up and a flowing and opening ending stretch.
