Today's class is all about that familiar Pilates fundamental, centring. Perhaps known to some as core stability, power house, zip up and hollow. These aren't however the terms I like to use as I find they can create a sense of tension or gripping. Connection and centre is about subtle support that allows you to move with freedom and safety. In this routine we will connect our deep centre with exercises such as c-curve and rolling back, side lying double leg raises, toe taps and more.
