Let's focus on the lower body with lots of reach, length, standing work and mat work. We will begin by opening up the hips making them feel juicy and awake then take it into a fun sequence of kick backs, scooter, arabesque leg lifts and squat variations. We will also take the wonderful side straddle stretch and back reach from day 1 at the end, a lovely way to round off the this lower body class.

This felt so good! I didn’t have time before work, but it felt great to hop on my mat for this tonight. Love the burn, and the stretch at the end is glorious. Thank you!

I really had to force myself to roll out my mat today but I'm so glad I did! Thank you Lottie for a wonderful class, I feel so energised I'm actually going to do another class. The stretch at the end feels so good I might add to the end of every class. Loving the challenge so far.
