In this full body class there is the option to use hand weights for an extra challenge. After our flowing warm-up, you'll begin on your mat with weighted curl ups and zesty pulses. We then work on some supine tricep extensions, I love these!
You'll power up your bridges with the weights and then take it to kneeling with some rowing, tricep kick backs. It then gets rather challenging with a standing lunge and arabesque section although the weights really help counter balance.
