Day 11: Summer Challenge

Lots of challenging fun on your mat again today with a full body flowing Pilates workout. We begin with a nice strong abdominal connecting section. We will then practice our battements and leg pull bridging, a challenging one for everyone but hopefully you are feeling more familiar with it now. We then get into those glutes real good! We will also work into your back muscles from prone which I'm loving at the moment due to all my sun lounging, eep.

I haven't yet had a class in this series that I didn't love. I have to remind myself that when you say 'flow' it means 'moving more quickly.' I'm breathless, sweaty, and grateful for yet another great class to come back to.

I'm catching up regarding the challenge. I did Emily's stretch before I did Day 11 and feel GREAT!!! Thank you Lottie and Emily for wonderful mat and stretch classes!!! Love this challenge!!!
